To get to the game browser, make a shortcut on your desktop to CNC3.exe. Then right click the shortcut, go to "Properties" and there should be a bar which reads: "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Command & Conquer 3\CNC3.exe". Add -ui to the end of that (after the speech marks, and with a space before the dash).
