The Jak and Daxter series marked a turning point for Naughty Dog’s storytelling. Over the course of this iconic PlayStation 2 trilogy, the plot moved away from simple themes of good versus evil towards more mature and complex narratives and, of course, the characters.
Title says it all. I got an itch to play some Jak and Daxter but all I have is a nintendo switch. Can somebody point me toward some good games that are comparable? I don't super remember what I loved about the Jak and Daxter games, I just remember they were my jam when I used to have a ps2 (which I no longer do).

I wish for a Jak 4/Jak remake with all my heart, man. But given ND’s success with other IP’s, it doesn’t seem likely at all. A damn shame too, Jak’s world is ripe for more story and experiences (and don’t even get me started on why Sly should still be around, such a waste of a fantastic franchise).
In Jak 3 I get permannent frame drops after awhile of mindless driving but restarting the app fixes it, also Jak X the exhaust and turbo aren't connected to the cars very well. You got to understand it's an emulation so you'll occasionally see missing textures, moving textures when approaching some things.. a rock in Sandover village makes it
